Company should really consider if any of it's products have any value within the private hospital / day hospitals market.
It would require them to lower price on their products but at least they could be getting contracts and building market share. Additionally, would put some of the fat in the workforce that they are keeping around not doing much whilst they wait for larger public hospital contracts.
