I think Kate would need to eat a bit of humble pie if she started cutting heads. Pretty sure she has said she has ramped up staff in advance of new business, lose a bit of face by changing course, and looks like a white flag being raised, but better than doing another cap raise in 6 months time.
Not saying she shouldn't, but just my 5 cents worth.
