Being cash flow positive due to tightening of belt/ efficiencies hopefully is what is keeping the SP stable / slightly rising, this would be the bare minimum expectation from shareholders. They achieve that and signing some new contracts will be welcomed.
One thing for certain the NHS under the Tories has been a shitshow for years and lots of rebuilding and money is going to be required. Let's hope Kate and co can tap into this.
