    I thought I would set up a chart thread for those that are interested.

    I had discussed previously a cup and handle formation and wondering if we are currently at the risk of a bearish rising wedge - unless there is something to break resistance at ~1.24, could PEB be set up for a reversal.

    the news this morning was not enough to shift the dial.

    @bushmaster what are your thoughts?
