I dont know about a rights issue at a 10% discount. Have a look at the most recent Top 50 big capital raisings. Most have been via Renouncable Rights issues at a 30-40% discount. They were able to get the Wesfarmers one away at only a 21% discount but that was because it was a 1 for 8.
If the s___ hits the fan at ANZ then a 1 for 4 rights issue at $10 in ANZ will raise around $4.5bn after costs.
