Yes but with a NAV in the region of $0.75 and providing necessary services and secure income even a full takeover at let's say $0.40 would be a bargain for the big players like AGL as they would not need all the debt as they are cash rich and they would also have lower debt costs as well which would improve the profitability.

These are the numbers they are probably crunching right now hence why we havent heard anything yet.
