this stock appears to be surgin g up but beware of the short term pullback
traders will take profits once it breeches the top of the bollingers
overall this stock has no good reason to be anywhere near a s low as it is, other than insiders keeping it low deliberately for the various reasons
Highly manipulated stock so very predictable
approaching the top of the bollinger bands but well below the old breakout level of 32c
notice the old ascending triangle formation which will create an opportunity to surge up thru the top of the bollinger bands and those looking for a quick win should buy and sell in quick progression
