Ok, these are my thoughts TA wise. I prefer to use TA on stocks which are liquid, with at least 600+ trades a day. This one records an odd 200 trades a day so don't feel that confident about my TA.
There is an ascending triangle on the top right hand corner bound by the two red lines. Resistance is 16-17c with the projected red lines but it may be argued that 15c is resistance around which there is a recent concentration of prices.
The stock has exhibited spikes every few weeks for the past three months followed by a gentle sell-off and a period of horizontal consolidation forming a trough like pattern with higher highs on the spikes.
Another one of these spikes could carry this to 20c and beyond.
IMO.
