Looks like it could reach 4.2 cents without too much effort. The big surge in volume could actually be a cohort trying to pump it and get day traders involved. The volume traded is still not very high, roughly $2.9 million today, so to pour in say a few hundred grand to get the ball rolling would not be a big deal for some underhanded cohorts looking to P&D. However, if you've been buying consistently over 5 days, your average price will probably be 2.6 cents, and it wouldn't pay to have to sell now. You would actually end up losing money.
The other possiblity is a leakage of a big announcement.
