I would really like to see their figures. The 2007 BFS had LOM total costs of around US$385/oz. I'm expecting this would drop in the current climate, but let's assume US$400/oz. At US$850/oz spot price, that's an annual turnover of US$36m, assuming 80koz/yr avg. EPS is 0.5c. PE at 40c is 8. Still very conservative...and based on conservative inputs!
A lot of assumptions have been made here and a lot of factors not accommodated for, so DYOR, but this shows the potential that RED has. There's just a couple more hurdles to go, then we shall all reap what we sow. It's been a long time in the making, and a lot of disappointment, but as you can tell I'm getting excited, and I feel RED management are starting to turn this one around!
