Do people believe that chatys operate independently of announcements?
I see comments about a bullish chart, price ready to move up, buy sentiment etc.
While im grateful for the insight people give on charts across many stocks I hold/have on watch, I just don't see how a stock that has been in decline for a year can be bullish on charts alone. Or is it that people have faith in management and are confident of an impending positive announcement?
