you wouldn’t be able to take a company take over through on market trades. Only 400,000 shares are currently available for purchase.
if you tried to buy all off those in one go the price would go through the roof and you would eventually raise the price far above 2.00.
once major holder realised what you were doing they could extort you for the last few shares. A bit like when your playing monopoly and you have Mayfair but you’re sister has park lane, usually you have to pay well above $350.
