Correct but you keep leaving out the most important wording of that statement;
"Jorc Compliant Resource is Indicated or Inferred"
meaning it may not be what they state so others who read that statement it's correct it's a Jorc Compliant Resource but leaving out those other important words Indicated or Inferred can be misleading especially to those who don't do enough research and get sucked into the Vortex like many before them.
