Re question as to why Dr Miller not buying shares (also other directors and employees)
Directors and employees of companies on the ASX need to be very careful not to become vulnerable to accusations of insider trading, especially so when there are critical processes in train which will very significantly affect the share price. (whether up or down). This, if shown to be true, is a criminal offence. Even an accusation that eventually doesn't stand up would adversely affect the company and career of any involved. Biotron is certainly in a critical phase at the moment where an announcement of what they have or have not achieved could happen at any time. If those intimately involved in the company did some trading at this time, it would immediately affect the sp either as a sign if confidence if buying or defeat if selling with likely substantial effect on the sp and those who hold or trade these shares.
Dr Miller has a significant holding and many options which she can excercise at her discretion (for a price). If the company is as successful as we all hope she will do very well - and justifiably so. She would be very foolish to be buying in current circumstances when an announcement could be made any day (though it might still be a little while). Foolish, I am sure, she is not.
