After the spike of late 2018, MM and other directors exercised options and sold shares. In hindsight, that was a massive sell signal to everyone else. I remember thinking that at the time - my instincts told me to sell out too. But I decided against doing so, to my regret. Management selling - regardless of the reason - is almost always a strong sell indicator.
