Every now and again there are significant moves in the SP that never get explained. It is not anything that BIT management does in pumping the stock so it has to be something external. Last spike saw the volume traded go up 10 fold from normal.
Normally trades are quite low in volume but then we see trades in the millions (as we saw in the last spike in the SP.
In any case, BIT needs to release good news soon if there is to be any sustained strength and stability in the SP .
