I suspect they may have submitted a litter earlier so there's not that long a wait at all.

I'm making the assumption that turn around time is about 1month based on submissions MSB did during covid in 2020 and some other companies. It was dam quick. (it may have been quicker than that so correct me if I'm wrong).

If you look at the dates below from when MSB put their hand up for emergency use during covid they went from lodging the request to phase2/3 trial in a span of 2 and abit months WITH the approval to proceed within 1month.10/03/2020 - lodged request to FDA for emergency use.
1/04/2020 - FDA accepts
30/04/2020 - Phase2/3 trial begins.

Putting aside the stuff ups with MSB that followed and this being under CTAP (which I would argue is just as important and quick) the timing in response from FDA is what's important here.
