the cash at end of quarter means very little. as explained in last 4C, it is always the lowest cash position for the month because they have deployed the rest of their cash for pre-pays. so it doesn't reflect the true state of the company's liquidity. in fact it would be derelict of duty to have cash sitting in the bank rather than working for us generating 41% margin.
