Have a look at the announcement on "29 March 2019ASX ANNOUNCEMENTEN1: 13% Programmatic Ad Revenue Growth in 2018Audited Financials and Commentary". This should answer a couple of your questions. There have been at least 3-4 revenue growth announcements since then.
Someone else queried an old debt carried from about 2 years ago. It is in one of the threads and the question was answered. I considered this as bad debt and it will essentially be written down at some stage. What a lot of people are happy about is the fact that the reported revenue target is being met and it is a big $ figure, which will essentially means that the debt carried from previous years won't be a big problem.
The other item you may be looking is the financing required to pre-purchase advertising slots for publishers to buy. ie. working capital.
Just remember that the revenue growth announcements are mostly reflected in the April quarter, not the Jan-Mar quarter.
