I think that the lack of news has been good for the share price. It has stopped the day traders from manipulating the price so there are no more sharp rises and gaps that need to be filled.
I believe there was information overflow and the market couldn't keep up with so many announcements. At least now we've all been able to absorb all of the news, weak hands have left and the share price is consolidating around this level.
A nice slow and steady increase on low volumes is a good thing. Less volatility.
