i dont think it serves anyone any good. While i recognise anyone downramping in theory is an evil the reality is any opposing view to the downside is considered downramping these days. If one bought and said it was going up there would be far less considerable outrages of "upramping".

all in all it just renders the point of a "forum" less effective. If one's charts and views were of a pull back then i would argue it makes full sense they sell out and lock in a profit. You cant get any more authentic in backing your view than that. Calls of downramping then are no more use than people seeking to blame traders when the price dropped yet not topping up with their own money if the price is 'such a steal'.

no one knows for certain when an announcement is due out. It came out tomorrow saying we signed beyonce then i would still take at face value the good risk weighted choice of somebody who sold out the day before on the basis of sound technical analysis and principles.
