When the price was set the stock was trading at 1.9 cents, when there is an upcoming cr it is like a dagger hanging over its head, now that is sorted out it is clear air, plus it was 3 or 4 times oversubscribed and most got scaled back
If shareholders hot stock there is more of a chance they would, d be dumped, with insto's and SI's the stock will be tiger held and if there is any selling it will be done in an orderly fashion, unlike the up and down trading today
So the cr price might look very good today but when the price was set the sp was under significant pressure
The market now knows there is no need for any raisin in the near future,
