Sorry, I'm based in Europe & don't know all in's & outs of the ASX rules.

I don't think there is a max price, there is that 2 cent price and that rule is in place to ensure each movement of the share price is not that high in percentage terms.

From what I've read, yes there will be a prospectus.

I think the issue price will be determined by a VWAP of some kind, it seems to be the norm on the ASX, but might be wrong.


If you take the maximum number they are currently talking about issuing (50 Million) against the current shares in issue 656 Million, then new supply is only going to make up 7.5% Maximum.

Effectively anyone wanting a piece of the action (including institutions & fund managers) is going to have to buy it directly through the market.
