Not certain on this Wasa but it's my understanding that Imugene would have to cede a percentage to the underwriters for any shares that they are required to pick up. So it's in the company interest for the placement to be taken up in full. Conversely it's in the underwriters interest for the placement to fall short so don't be surprised if they are doing their best to push the price down and make the placement seem less attractive.
