Sorry, I never got back to explain this post.
When there's a strong breakout like ECS had, you can identify when the top is in by the lower bollie. When the lower bollie band turns and begins heading north (circled), the SP won't see higher prices until there's a reset.
So currently the SP is back tagging the bollie median line and the bands are still resetting. Be nice for the SP to remain above the median level but this .024 level is like a strong magnet for this stock.
