I've never understood the negativity around share consolidations. ECS's value would have to multiply by 100 to get to even a moderate share price of $1.80. That'd require a valuation of $2.5 billion. I see a lot of smaller caps struggle with liquidity simply because their share price is so small. ECS right now at 2 cents can only go up and down in increments of 5%; how's that help anyone?
