What can you Buy for $200million --- There are a number of Houses in the USA and Hong Kong currently listed for sale over the $200million price..
Chinas Budget for LNG Gas Imports from the USA was 13Billion but they have only spent 7Billion so far this year ( which is 35 times the current Market Cap of EXR....
If a Large Investor wanted to buy EXR's allotment (the size of Belgium) with ongoing Work Programs for exploration--- as well as Coal Discoveries in Three of multiple basins in the allotment ---and $30million dollars in the Bank to fund ongoing Consolidation and Exploration -- would they think $200million as Undervalued?
People and Share Holders have their own Personal reasons to sell their shares for less and less as shown by the Share prices they are willing to accept
I believe EXR has huge potential --a Takeover Over -- at first I thought maybe $6Billion (that was for Nomgom -- Then discoveries in other Basins why not $10Billion -- but with Gas Prices Increasing and China looking to provide for their short falls -- Nothing to stop me Dreaming of $14illion -- who knows --
But NO WAY is what EXR currently has -- be worth only $170million (.+ $30 M in Bank).
