Out of a total of about 900 million shares issued, largest shareholder is BNP PARIBAS NOMINEES PTY LTD,
an investment bank with 4.3%. Next is Neil with about 3%.
No one really control the company to affect its share prices.
There is a lot of speculation in the market about what will be the results of drilling operations of the company.
It's still in the exploration stage, and will take some time to prove the reserves.
But it may not be too long as there are exploration and production periods in the PSC.
The PSC was signed in September 2018 and provides a 10-year exploration term, extendable to 15 years, and a 30-year production term.
Therefore the company has up to 2028 to do all the exploration activities, including proving the reserves.
Once gas is found in commercial quantities, Development has to start in order to produce the gas.
The company cannot afford to keep on spending money without any income.
