Appreciate the chart and your thoughts.
My view is that everything on the chart before 2016 should be discounted.
EXR was a vastly different company back then and purely oil exploration focused. After a round of failures they were consolidated in Aug 2016 and what in essence, we have now, was reborn.
It's on this basis I'd be hesitant to forecast the future based on the past. Not saying it can't/won't hit those levels, but if it does it's on its own current merit.
