Chart - EXR, page-1483

Loved the latest announcement, very "in character" for what I've come to expect from this management. Steady as she goes. Fundamentally, so comfortable right now with the direction and management of this company.
From TA perspective, dotted purple trendline has failed, and been replaced with slower full purple trend line.
TA wise you can see 50 day SMA trending sideways below 200 day SMA. It is still in a rising trend as it forms higher lows, but it would be a very positive signal for it to cross back above the 200 day SMA.
Support at 20c is important I think.
If it holds we have a double bottom, from 27-28th July and 6 December lows. Same line was initially resistance back on 11th January. I think we have a better than even chance of this support holding.
If it fails I think next support is around 14.5c



The underlying weekly LNG chart is looking very healthy, whether or not the pattern is forming an ascending or symmetrical triangle, it is not out the question to see this chart attempt an assault on $50 with a bit of momentum. Coming into winter in the Northern hemisphere (Europe/Asia) would help me thinks.
