Been a while- probably because the charts have been sheet house and I have discovered people don’t like bad news so let’s buck the trend and post something worthwhile ( I believe)
A good announcement this week should get us out of this damn down trend which has played out since our giddy days of 40c plus.
What is the chart showing me- well I must say for the first time in ages multiple positive indicators are starting to come into play:
We are getting to the pointy end of the descending wedge and at these prices surely we are due to break out in the positive.
We have had a higher low than the previous low, just need to close above 23c to get the higher high in place (strong buy signal)
RSI is in the zone for a run and we are crossing over the moving average....
Its been a tiresome time for some watching this seemingly stagnate, I have been lucky enough to add to my holdings so I see it as a blessing....but I think its fair to say its about time EXR kickstarted 2022 because as quarters go, the last one was as boring as they get.
