What a great announcement today and in my view significantly derisks EXR moving forward even without Nomgom or Gobi businesses. Throw those 2 into the mix and i cant see too much downside from here.

Todays price action could be somewhat predicted knowing that there is plenty of work to be completed before the big gains are made. The big gains have been 12-18months away as a moving target for a while now but with the news today I'm sure the share price will be many multiples of today in 12 months time.

9ish cents looks to be a good support area before the next leg up. If you are looking to buy in or add to what you have this is a great place to buy with minimal downside IMO
