I agree Grandis is saving the bacon for now (and it's a nice piece of bacon) but I don't write Mongolia off at all, I don't think the Mongolian side will be like a QGC years ago like I had delirious dreams about in the early days but certainly think value is there, I'm open to being surprised though.

I do like the charts. I'm no expert I must confese and Iv'e come up with this theory and that theory over time, but it's still fun to speculate as we all do on here. I've been watching crypto crew university on youtube for a few years now, not for the crypto side although that is interesting but he talks about the charts a lot and all the various set ups, he's been on the money with many things. He invests in stocks also. If I apply his teachings to EXR the RSI has been in a pressure cooker for a while on the monthly simmering down, famous last words but I feel the low of 5.6 cents in September last year was the low and we are not far off something good. Once the RSI breaks that downtrend it could get interesting. Lethal70's charts above allude to this.

Yes crypto is crypto and this is a gas stock, two different beasts. But the price's still form charts, whether it's crypto or whatever they can follow patterns (I say can, not always).
