    As discussed, today we pierced thru 2.7c and re-tested 2.6c.
    It's pretty clear on the chart that momentum has turned rather rapidily after the last 35% run.

    It will need to hold still at 2.7c or it will re-test 2.5c with ease.
    There is Friday and Monday US markets also to look for.....

    I hope you have called or emailed Stuart. He has not changed much since he was in STX.... same excitment and driven person. Good to see it.

    But, again.... it will be a very hard yakka for him.... the leftovers from Neil. EXR will need cash.... plenty of it.
    A JV will not come easy either..... Stuart has great connections but, what can EXR offer is the main reality here.

    Neil will continue with EXR for another +-3 months.... it will be interesting to see the volumes... as he will most likely take some out for his next venture.... Good Easter to you all.
