    Choices from the ex CEO Neil for houses were very .... VERY dodgy...........

    Taylor Collison especially.....from 2023 to day dark day 8th Oct 2024........... has a long history... at EXR? man they sold it all at the times retailers were buying..... one simple small example........ONLY.....

    Plenty of data around the traps....... with buyers and sellers on the GAPs up and the GAPS down......

    Until EXR is cleared of all the dodgy maestros.... it will be phony games I'd say....... Stuart has a mission... shareholders should be behind him as he is here for a change on the rotten history of the company.... but, he is surrounded by the rotten still....only have to look at number one Top 20 and companies that own EXR..........
