Hi Sandman.
Its been a great few weeks and as I stated in an earlier post the RSI has to come down at some stage, so is this the moment? I think and hope so, firstly to get it out of the way so we can start our next leg up and secondly to keep the TA guys satisfied. Yesterdays price hike to 51c has changed my earlier prediction, I was expecting us to reach 46c and retrace to approx 29-30c but if we look at the chart below we have a few things in play. If we are to use Gann's rule, from a low of 15.5 to a high of 51 will give us a retrace to 33c before the next leg up to 60c but the trading channel that we have been in for some time should only see us drop to 38c, will that be enough to the the RSI back into the buy zone? I'm not sure.
But as always with this stock, expect the unexpected.....Todays action so far has indicated my charts are bloody worthless....
