As for EXR.... its a tiny tiny winny spec..... volatility is what it is..... what amazes me are ppl that says they put life savings in specs like this.... I've seen ppl go broke for decades doing just the same.....it never ever stops amazing me and many others on the fin space....

IMHO and again.... for EXR Gas prices are impacting the SP but, mostly is the DELAYS.... and perhaps for the older investors, the confidence of changing tunes from Mongolia and take a 180 degree turn and bring another story....

Luckily, and I say again... luckily, they can market this with an ex QGC guy... and i'ts not anyone... we talking Richard here......

By the way, I see an attempt... very poor house attempt to do the "close gap" today..... unfortunately, the "fundamentals" aka DELAYS are well alive.... has the rods arrived from CHN in Bris yet?

Technically, it needs to break 8.3c CLEAN....no less.... then it can run.... otherwise it's easy target for trades and shorts....

In other words..... at these levels, forget about USD$1B for 1TCF.... please.... it would be less than that easily......
When the cycle turns again..... prices will also adjust.....

some soft commodities, silver metal, and NG are at an attractive price point now..... and other assets like tech are at bubble territory......

It does not mean, deep pocket FINS cannot short the shit of it.... in case of NG, for inflationary reasons.....
