Hi Storm_chaser, never far away.It is an interesting question you pose re the other Angel investors who all missed out on the "c" class shares so that Mike and Mark Pivac could use the shareholders money via an interesting loan arrangement to purchase for them selves a lot of the shares that otherwise would have gone to the "c" class holders.Given that Horsley Park (Brick works) was one of those would would have received "C" class shares.. ,and a lot of them, way more than any of the other investors, I doubt they would be happy... I do know for fact that Michael Wood wasn't happy about it "bereft of moral compass " was the term he used over a beer we had earlier this year.He was in for 4,000,000 odd shares so I can see his point, there were a few others in the same boat apparently, i am guessing if you want to win friends and influence people, Mark and Mikes move wasn't a good one.
