Hi Daveycrokkett, that is an interesting idea with respect to Dale Alcock having a contract with FBR
The ABN group was one of the Angel investors, back in 2005 and in fact Dale was the Chairman of the board of Goldwing
A couple of the ABN group key personnel had shares in Goldwing.
all the angel investors were sophisticated investors
The 2009 crash was a moment of reckoning for the building industry, ABN sold out there holding in Hadrian and Goldwing.
The shares were put up for sale to the other investors.
However through some interesting maneuvering , those shares ended up in the hands of Mike Pivac.
Without the ABN shares Mike would never been able to get involved.
So the long and the short of it Dale Alcock and the ABN group are well across FBR and have been since day dot.
It would be interesting if they did have a contract in place.
