chart: fib. enterpretation?

The VCR has some ominous looking characteristics which lead me to be bearish about it's current sp.

I have overlayed a Fib. retracement grid and would like an enterpretation from Arthur or others more familiar with Fib theory than I am.

To me, the Fib. theory would say that VCR looks to have bounced nicely off the 62% retracement level. What does Fib theory say is likely to happen next if this 62% level @ $1.90 fails to hold over the next week or so?
