Yes. I think that with out any news and seeing this sort of thing happen time and time again the SP will languish.
There is no real way to predict anything with the chart so exactly where the bottom will be is unknown but 2.8 is a possible target.
I'm not a TA expert I don't think anybody really is so please take what I have posted with some caution. Things don't always fit into nice charting theory dogma.
