Too early to tell...but we're well above lower support and resting on upper resistance of ~$1.38. This level also happens to be the 23.6% fib retracement level (inverse, from low point to high point). Previous horizontal support was $1.32. $1.39/$1.40 are key levels to clear in the next week, on volume to confirm breakout. $1.56 is the last bastion of resistance to clear.
