As I understand it once an entity crosses the 5% threshold, it has to notify ASIC of any subsequent change of 1% or more.
From the last four Top 20s KAH have held 39.95/39.98/39.85/40.09. And now,40.43%.
So no need to announce.
PS... They didn't have to announce re placement shares because they were just maintaining their percentages as a result of the dilution of extra shares being added to the register.
