Well my opinion is CST has been lightly traded when you look at overall volume with only a few reasonable parcles changing hands since April. The vast majority ( when looked at Bkr stats) is just turnover by daytraders of which some are being sucked in by the tech methodology. There may have been some small accumulation by the CST failthfull. Punching in technicals and not concerning yourself with the market (or overall ) liquidity of a company creates a squeeze which is what I believe has happened. This has bought out a couple of sideline sitters and early announcement rumours scared them into taking a position a bit early to take advantage of the short lived liquidity but with the few significant announcements pending in the next 3 months or so they didn't want to let the opportunity pass.
Can't imagine any stock will be shaken until announcements are out until then it is just a game of day traders and tech devotees who may not understand the stocks structure and underlying illiquidity. They better watch out for christmas grip squeeze if there is no , or a delaying announcement.
