Lekki -- I wasn't inferring the announcement will be made to affect the price... I am just pondering what degree of affect the announcement may/will have in the circumstances when it is released.
Interesting about the Chinese stake....There is nothing, I believe, to prevent them buying into BHP or RIO through the London listings.
That would do nothing for the $AU, but a lot for the £.
Yep, the ship is very bouyant thanks to the Captain and Roddy. :)) Not sure if I like their plan to ditch the lifeboats to lighten the load, tho.......
