If you read the incredible charts URL I posted you should see an nice ellaboration/explanation of Flags. the only question on this ones shape is that there are not lower lows (as defines the perfect Bullish Flag) However this does indicate another potential pattern , being a decending triangle , (with a 50% fibonacci support base )which ,with the prevailing trend being LONG in my view, is also Bullish... the Incredible charts site ,will also give you a stoploss consideration if the pattern does fail.... cheers
