RB could you please explain how that shorting page works?

I know very little about shorting.

For DOM is it showing that 213,873 shares (or 27.42% of the days trades) were sold to short the stock?

And as a comparison say FMG, 43% of the stock traded that day was to short FMG. And now just over 1% of all the issed FMG shares are being shorted?

Is that correct?
