Hi Ravenna,
Like I said I don't know any Fundamental stuff about IPL, so from looking at IPL, she has made a nice move today. I would personally set a trailing stops at $2.81, if she holds then I would hold.
If IPL holds the $2.80, and gets back on the upper pric channel, repeating the speed angel, she is $3.80 target.
