Hate to say it but this stock is down here because something has gone wrong. I'm guessing its either the capital drought when ICP desperately needs a capital raising but it could also be some issue with the long promised autoteller order ?

Either way those who don't understand charts can back to rubbing their worry beads or whatever it is they do. Chartists will see clearly that this is a strong TA stock and why they should now perhaps be looking for 4.1c perhaps...
