On the subject of comparisons, if you're looking at only proven 3P and 2P reserves, BOW has a MC of $320 million based on only 34PJ of 2P and 191PJ of 3P. With the same MC, ICN would have an SP of ~72c. If ICN can prove higher reserves than this, then maybe $1 is feasible?
Add to that they've just been admitted to the S&P/ASX 300 :)
